VOLT Home
AC Installation and Replacement in Miami
VOLT Home is a Miami, Florida company offering air conditioning installation and replacement alongside solar, roofing, and remodeling services, serving Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah.
About VOLT Home
Air conditioning installation and replacement is one piece of a wider home-improvement lineup at VOLT Home, a Miami company listed primarily as a solar energy provider that also carries HVAC contractor status alongside work in bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, roofing, doors, windows, and water filtration. For a homeowner planning a full system swap rather than a routine repair, that breadth can be useful, since replacing an aging air conditioner sometimes overlaps with roofing, insulation, or electrical work tied to a solar setup.
VOLT Home operates out of 8208 NW 14th St in Miami on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., adding a shorter Saturday window from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and closing on Sunday. That schedule fits a company built around planned projects and consultations rather than round-the-clock emergency calls. From its Miami location, VOLT Home's service reach extends to Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah as well, putting a wide swath of central Miami-Dade within range for a home visit or estimate.
The company's listing spans solar energy, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, doors, windows, and water filtration, so an air conditioning project booked through VOLT Home may be scoped alongside other home systems rather than handled as a stand-alone call. South Florida's heat load makes system replacement a recurring need in older homes, and pairing that work with roofing or window upgrades can address more than one source of energy loss at once.
VOLT Home can be reached at (786) 808-3096 during its posted hours to discuss scheduling and scope for an AC installation or replacement project.

Formal Complaint Regarding Lack of Service and Additional Charges from FPL
I wish to file a formal complaint against Volt, the company that installed my solar system.
The system stopped producing correctly, and I had to continue paying FPL for electricity that, as expected when contracting the solar system, should have been largely covered by the panels' production. The problem is that Volt took far too long to send personnel to inspect, verify, and determine the cause of the failure.
During all this time, I have had to bear additional costs on my FPL bill, while the system I paid for was not functioning properly.
What is most concerning is that, after reporting the problem, I have not received the assistance and follow-up from Volt that I consider necessary to resolve the situation and determine who should be responsible for the additional expenses I am incurring.
I find it unacceptable to have to continue paying for a solar system that is not working correctly and, in addition, have to bear additional electricity bills due to the system's lack of production.
I request that Volt formally review my case, explain the reason for the significant delay in addressing and verifying the fault, and provide me with written information regarding the solution they offer for the additional costs I have incurred paying FPL during the period the system was not functioning correctly.
If I do not receive a reasonable solution, I will be forced to file a complaint with the appropriate agencies and seek legal counsel to protect my rights as a consumer.
I request a written response and a concrete solution to this problem.

I hired this company; they installed a solar system, but they damaged my roof. I have leaks, and they aren't providing any assistance. Besides, I'm not saving money; I'm still paying FPL. Before, I only paid $350 FPL, now I pay $300 FPL and $250 for the panels. My name is Manuel Carnero.

If I had the option to give them 0 stars i would. Worse customer service and after sales service. I have not save one dime and my electricity bill still runs half + the cost of the solar panels. I have been two days in a row calling them and they dont give a call back.
After sales customer service does not exist; do not get hang by false promises!Sebastian F., 1 star, via Google
