The service call was given to a gentleman called hector . He came to my door, just looked at me when I opened the door so I said are you from Total? He said yes from there on it was yes no very, very, very rude when I asked him a question. He would tell me you have to wait I really don’t care to see this guy again at my door. Usually the service men are so nice.
