Great service, immediate availability and fixed my mini split with immediate results and even showed me all the parts that were dirty/clogged. We had hired a different company prior and they spent 5-10 minutes "draining" the system and told us nothing was wrong, yet the system still was not working properly for weeks. I appreciate their honesty in showing me everything that was wrong/needed to be fixed before proceeding with the maintenance, so I didnt get scammed like with the other company I used prior.

This company is great! Emmanuel and his brother are true professionals, honest and great at what they do! They installed a mini split in my garage, works amazing. Then another time had them come out to do a coil clean, which literally saved my AC unit. Won’t hesitate giving them a call for anything AC related. Thanks Strong Air!

We were very disappointed in the service from Strong Air. They were supposed to fix the HVAC unit that was still under warranty. The coils and a valve needed to be replaced. We paid for the labor on the repairs immediately. They made us pay for the parts which is not the norm. They received the warranty refund but did not give us the refund until we made several calls and asked a friend to intervene. They did not hook up the coils correctly, did not fix the settings, and did not add any freon. After they came back and hooked up the coils the HVAC unit was still not cooling. We continued to call them to come back to fix the HVAC unit but they refused to answer our calls and text messages. We had to call another HVAC contractor to finish the job.
