I called the company, and Tony, the scheduler and manager, was incredibly understanding and moved quickly to arrange for a technician to come out. Giovanni, the technician, arrived promptly, was super professional, and had everything fixed in no time. He was efficient, courteous, and made sure the system was running smoothly before leaving. I really appreciate how quickly they responded to our urgent situation. Highly recommend this company if you need fast and reliable service!

We worked with Southern Electric Motors to get our A/C unit repaired at our apartment in downtown Miami. The technician showed up on time and coordinated all the paperwork with our building's management. The voicemail doesn't work. And after 3 calls they have not answered. I'll be doing a chargeback on my order.
