Total trash. Wouldn’t let these guys work on anything. From Day one scheduling is a nightmare. They price removal of original return and replacement. The come out and relocate the return to directly below the unit. Great! They then tell me they are not removing the existing wooden duct return. Reaching out to property management company shortly to make sure they get their contract pulled.
