Armstrong 3 ton system installed and registered 2/3/2018, purchased through a local distributor SAEZ DISTRIBUTORS from ALLIED AIR ENTERPRISES. Copeland scroll compressor fails 6/10/26.
After 2 months of renting portable air cooling units to keep the house relatively cool in the South Florida sweltering heat an aftermarket compressor is provided, ARRCO COMPRESSOR ( AFTERMARKET / REBUILT ) looked like it had been pulled out of dumpster and given a coat of paint from a spray can!!! Had A/C contractor buy a new OEM compressor and install it. Both ALLIED and SAEZ are a farce, warranties and products sold are low quality and undependable, they have no respect for the consumer and their well being what so ever. Lesson learned, buy from a reliable distributor in South Florida there are a lot of them (SAEZ IS NOT ONE OF THEM) and make sure they get it from a reliable manufacturer ( ALLIED IS NOT ONE OF THEM), ALLIED brands are not well known in South Florida, they can’t take the Florida Heat, “IF YOU CAN’T TAKE HEAT GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN”. SAEZ DISTRIBUTORS IS NOT THE FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THAT I KNEW FROM THE 70s and 80s. Fox don't buy any Ducane A/c from Saez their customer service is not good at all I been waiting more than four month for parts under warranty and still haven't show up every time I call or my technitian always is an excuse I paid hundress of dollars to re charge my unit waiting for my parts

Purchased a condensate drain pan on Oct. 14 A.M. order #3687. Paid extra for 3 day shipping via ups. According to saez website, order was fulfilled on Oct 15th am. Received no tracking # from saez. Called on Oct 16th in pm, to internet sales. Was told ups failed to pickup item and that someone had just taken my order to the ups store and I would be receiving a tracking number shortly, (LIE).No tracking # received. Oct 17th a.m., called internet sales again. The guy was on his way into work and told me he heard about my situation the day before. Said he would check when he got to work and call me. I informed him I wanted a refund as my job was on Friday the 18th and it was obvious the pan would not make it in time. Never received a call back. Next thing I know, I got a refund. Job not getting done on time, thanks to saez. First time customer, Last time customer. Plenty of hvac distributors that can get you equipment on time without lying to you and waisting your time.
