Would not recommend. One of their technicians left a drain hose disconnected when servicing my AC. As a result water has been slowly seeping in from AC unit room through main bedroom floorboards.
I have called 6 times today since 10:30 AM. The only response I have gotten is “one of our technicians will call you and visit you shortly”. 10 hours later, no technician has called nor arrived to fix the issue.
You are better suited finding a place that cares about customers and takes necessary steps to correct mistakes made by their technicians.
I have included pictures of water seeping through floorboards and flooded AC unit room, as well as visibly damp rug.

Stay away! Any other place is better than this horrible business. My a/c breaks and I found this company on a search, after speaking with 3 people including the technician and was told they were coming out in a few hours. After waiting for hours on end and speaking with the tech and being lied to. I ended up having to contact another company. Extremely unprofessional. The tech just never shows up and I had to call. Jim from my wife's phone for him to answer just so he can tell. Me he has other responsibilities to take care of and he's not coming. What a huge water of time. Their dispatch never called me back to tell me they weren't sending anyone. Granted it was a Sunday morning. But, they ad says they are 24/7. Like. Said, stay away don't waste your time.

I called asking for service… the representative took my number and address and said a technician would be calling me soon. The technician called 10 minutes later to confirm my address, the address had been taken down incorrectly so I gave him the correct address. I asked for an ETA, all he said was "will be there shortly". Got a call two hours later asking for me to text the correct address again so I did, I asked for an ETA and again he said "will be there shortly". Another two hours later (around 1pm) I messaged him to let him now that we would be unavailable after 3:30pm so if he could please come before then… no response. Waited another while (around 2:30pm) to see if he would at least call…nothing at all… so I just texted him to cancel the service call because I can't deal with unprofessionalism. Randomly got a call at 3:30pm from a completely different technician from what sounded like a different company asking if we called about a broken AC, I hung up.Amaris A., 1 star, via Google
