Cut a giant hole in dry wall and refuse to fix. They said they will do an investigation and come back to finish repairs. They entered my apartment cut a giant hole in the dry wall and then left. Never returned to fix the hole they made and refuse to offer help unless we pay more.

Came out to "diagnose" my AC months ago and did a temporary fix. I paid for this diagnoses and temporary fix and months later they still have not completed the job. At first, they told me it took a while to get the parts that were needed to complete the job. But months have gone by and I cannot get anyone to respond to me or to call me back. It is like they have no idea what they are doing either that or it is a complete scam. I would not use this company unless you want to waste your money or end up with an AC, that isn't worse condition than before they came out.

Arrived late with broken equipment. I told them the issue and with only a cursory inspection they told me there was no resolution. I hired a new company (All Zone Air) who quickly sent out a capable engineer able to clarify and resolve my issue. Do not hire Raircon, go with All Zone Air instead.
