Great service from start to finish! Jesus is very professional and knowledgeable. When our A/C needed to be replaced, we contacted Quality Breeze and Jesus was at our home the very next day. He took the time to show us several replacement options, explained everything clearly, and gave us different pricing choices, all with zero pressure.
On installation day, Jesus was the first to arrive. He and his helper got right to work removing the old unit and installing the new one efficiently and carefully. The whole experience was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding.

I was without AC for three days and the company I had used for 12+ years told me there was nothing wrong with my AC. Called Quality Breeze late Friday afternoon because my AC started blowing hot air suddenly and they told me that someone would call me back soon. The temperature in the house was 81 degrees and rising. Jesus M. from Quality Breeze called me back within 15 minutes and was at my house 10 minutes later. He checked my system completely and got it cooling fast! Amazing service! Thank you, Jesus!!

I was online looking for a new A/C company and was extremely surprised to come across this site with recent reviews for Quality Breeze. Based on the non-response I have received from them over the past several months I thought they had dissolved their business. It made no sense to me that a professional business would just ignore their existing customers. Jesus replaced my A/C a couple of years ago and I was very pleased with him and his work – UNTIL my 87 year old mom came for her annual winter stay from Canada and we realized that the heating element was never restored when they worked on the A/C. I spent almost $4,000.00 on this repair. I begged them to come and restore the heat strip and wire the system to get heat up and running again, but there has been no response to my texts, phone calls, emails. I had to send my mom back to Canada early this year as the house was just too cold for her to move around in, despite using space heaters. I am sincerely surprised and disheartened to make this discovery today.

This is the second air conditioning unit we purchased from this company. Never had a problem before. As a matter of fact we have referred friends and family to them. However, when it got cold we noticed the heater in the unit was making noise, so we called them. We currently have the warranty they offer. This means no charge. Well, they came and found we need the thermostat replaced.the man said he would order it and come back. It’s been several months and many calls and messages for a call back. They don’t even have the common decency to at least give us a call back. I believe because the warranty is still in effect they don’t want to honor it. Bad , bad business! I would definitely never recommend them again.
