After some thorough research for an AC replacement, Tony and his team did a great job installing a new AC for the house. The prices provided were affordable, detailing labor and the unit cost. His team quickly responded to the house needs in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend his company for any future repairs/installations.

Precise Air Conditioning: Please Be Aware
Jose “Tony” Perez, the owner of Precise Air Conditioning, recently hit and destroyed my mailbox while driving through my neighborhood to perform work. According to my neighbor, who was walking his dog at the time, Tony did not initially stop. My neighbor flagged him down and directed him back to my house.
I have clear video and photographic evidence of the incident. Tony has repeatedly promised to reimburse me $353.10 for the replacement mailbox and told me several times that he would send the payment through Zelle. Despite numerous follow-ups and missed payment deadlines, I still have not been reimbursed.
I gave Tony and Precise Air Conditioning several opportunities to resolve this matter privately before making this post. On Thursday, I filed a formal complaint with the State of Florida regarding this incident.
Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone considering Precise Air Conditioning exercise caution and carefully document all work, communications, or property damage. I personally would not feel comfortable hiring this company.

Update: You will also notice where Tony said the only way he would pay is if i take down this post. I once again tried to work with him to settle this but he chooses to continue his lies.

This company causes damages to other people’s property and they don’t come through when you try to contact them. I don’t recommend this AC company.
