I hired this company through my property manager to install a new A/C unit, it failed within months. They then tried to charge me to fix issues caused by their own installation mistakes.
I brought in another technician, who found serious errors, including improper installation and system setup that could damage the unit. The work was described as extremely poor. Now, less than two years later, the compressor has failed, and they refuse to honor the warranty.
They don’t stand behind their work or take responsibility. Be very careful.

We had them install a new a/c on 11/05/2024. 6 months after on 6/6/25 we had a problem with a/c. Not only did they not fix it asked us for $165. We had to hire somebody else and had to pay $260. We were told the air conditioner was installed horribly. We asked them to pay us the $260 they didnt but waved their invoice of $165. Now 4/21/26 1.5 years later of installing the a/c compressor is gone. And refusing to fix it. We have to pay somebody else to fix it and pay $1000.
