Buyer beware!!!!!. After the initial $200 visit, Orlim wanted to charge me $2400 for my Sub Zero Wine refrigerator repair. I was able to order the part from Sub Zero for $300 and thanks to youtube, installed it in 15 minutes. $2200 for 15 minutes of work is extreme price gaugung, and I would warn anyone to do their research before overpaying for a simple service.

Orlim's technician misdiagnosed why my refrigerator was not working and proposed a number of unnecessary "fixes" that would have cost thousands of dollars and not addressed the issue. I was able to fix it myself for free after examining the schematics of the unit. Rather than admitting their mistake and refunding the diagnosis fee for a completely wrong diagnosis, Orlim has refused any kind of refund and has cut off communications with me. I tried to give them a chance but it has become clear that they rather act in bad faith than stand by their service. Disappointing, to say the least.

Orlim was quick to respond initially but they did not diagnose correctly. Instead they used a process of elimination to figure out the problem and insisted we continually needed to purchase additional parts. They have come out 5 times, to the tune of over $4k and the Thermador freezer still doesn't operate. After the initial visit, they have never once shown up on time and mostly they make us wait, call at end of day to reschedule for next day. It's the worst service company we have ever used. My hope is that they will read this and make an effort to correct their mistakes. I absolutely would not recommend using them at this point.
