Stay away from this company. They installed windows in 2020, and one of them started to look dull from the inside, and two others started leaking when it rained. I contacted them to come and check the defects, but received no response after three weeks. I tried to contact a manager, but they have no contact with anyone at the management level. Customer support was a hired company that took messages, so there was no way to talk to someone in charge.
Avoid headaches and find a better company.
Don't hire this company. They installed windows in 2020, and one of them started losing its tint and looks opaque. Two of them started leaking when it rained. We contacted their "customer service," and they only take messages; they have no contact with anyone at the company who could take responsibility. Their customer service is only for receiving messages. Save yourself the headaches and don't do business with this company.

So after I posted this review, a miracle happened: Dan contacted me.I have explained that maybe the leaks through the screws that they install,were leaks from the attic, and maybe he is right, but regardless of the leaks there should not be any kind of leak through screws.
And that the dull window was a manufacturing problem, that he has to make a ticket to exchange the window…. All this after I take this review down. I offer to change the review after the job was done he was so adamant to do it before the fix.
In the end, the review stays up and I will hire another company to fix or exchange that window at my own cost. Great doing business with you Dan. Never again do.
So after I posted this review, a Miracle happened. My name is Dan.
He explained to me that the water entering through the screws they installed was perhaps due to water dripping from the ceiling. Maybe they are right, but I think there shouldn't be any leaks from the screws they installed.
Furthermore, the opaque window was perhaps a problem with the window manufacturer.
They told me I had to submit a ticket to get it replaced. Of course, they would do this after I deleted this review.
In the end, the review remains, and I have to hire another company to resolve the problem at my own expense. It was excellent doing business with you, Dan, but never again. Thanks.MIAMI S., 1 star, via Google
