I feel ripped off they have an A/C contract with my building at South Bay Club and it went out and it tripped my 80 year okd father-in-law circuit breaker,They were in the building fixing it , I did not know it was the building a/c that was out, they did not tell me that, so they charged him 180 dollars to turn the breaker off and on. Very disappointed I even called back just to let them know that I thought it was an excessive amount and spoke to Dayra but nothing was resolved

Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I reached out with a simple question about my order status before it shipped and never received a reply to my emails. When I tried calling, I was placed on hold for over 40 minutes before the call suddenly disconnected.
Good communication shouldn’t be this difficult. I expected a basic level of customer support, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t choose to do business with this company again.
