I called this company for an issue I had with an AC unit in my restaurant. I was routed to their call center and explained my issue. I was told I would get a call back from one of their technicians. I got a call back from a gentleman called Jorge Rodriguez. I told him that I have a restaurant and that my dining room was a furnace and that I needed help ASAP. He told me that he was sending a truck immediately. The truck never arrived. I called him and texted him asking about the truck. He didn’t even bother to respond. I’m still waiting for the truck…

Terrible company. When you call them you can hear in the background how terrible they speak to their employees, that type of abuse is unacceptable. I had to ask the employee on the phone if they were okay because the words they said upset me personally so I can only imagine how they felt. That right there made me cancel my appointment and any future work I may need.
