A Klimeair minisplit was installed to keep my garage cool. The unit is working flawlessly. I had follow up questions with Kilmairs technical support. I spoke with a technician named Omar. He was very helpful answering all the questions that I had about operating the unit and product registration.

Don't believe the good reviews about this company. Our 4 unit klimaire system is a lousy failure. Poor service and poor quality. I have had to have the mini split in my room replaced under warranty, twice, but I had to pay for the installation and replacement of coolant twice. Update – The third replacement unit has now also failed. The downstairs unit in the living room failed right after the warranty expired. The whole system is no longer working. The replacement new system NOT KLIMAIRE will be installed soon. Klimaire has been an expensive mistake. I am disgusted with the poor quality of Klimaire. DO NOT BUY!!!

I placed an order on 22 July 2025, I was charged for the order on 23 July, the invoice had a ship date of 23 July. I guess my first clue should have been I never received a confirmation email of the order, even though I was charged. I never received the order, I called today only to get various voicemails, before I finally reached someone who was unable to find my order, under my name, they clearly had my name in order to charge my card. If I could have gotten this somewhere else I would have, if I never have to use this company again. $50 part, $25 shipping what a rip off, do not blame it on tariffs, tariffs have nothing to do with postal rates.

I purchased the 12000 btu diy kit through Amazon on August 26 2022. It was easy to install and worked well for 2 years. Now the inside unit fan is making a loud hum while heating or cooling. It also has developed a snapping noise. I’ve emailed customer service every week for 2 weeks and no response. I’ve tried to do it through their website but conveniently their website has no record of me filing the warranty that I did on their website… Don’t buy this unit. Pay the extra money and get a Mrcool unit.
