Horrible company!!! DO NOT BUY!! We purchased an AC last year with a warranty. It stopped working and I called them to have them fix it. I spoke with a guy named Michelle. The guy was extremely rude and aggravated on the phone. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence said "bye" and then hung up the phone. I tried calling back but went straight to voicemail. I'm in shock. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere!
