If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Used this company to install our AC unit at home and before the installation they were communicative and easy to reach as well as offering full warranty. Once the AC had been installed and we started running into issues our calls were dodged and ignored. We have basically had to hunt down the AC techs in order for them to come and try to fix it and once they do there’s always a new issue that comes up. My 52 year old mother tried going in person to see if someone could give her a face-to-face explanation of what is going on and the front desk girl proceeded to call the owner who threatened to call the police on my mom unless she left. She was not being aggressive yet the owner felt the need to scream over the phone and get angry. Severely unprofessional company and front desk girl doesn’t care about anything either.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! NOT RELIABLE!! The company came for the first annual maintenance.
When the technician LAZARO finished, they left the exterior a/c with NO SIDE PANEL installation, SCREWS LEFT on the exterior window sill, INCLUDING the Side door of the garage to enter my home LEFT OPEN. Appalled about this type of maintenance service, as customers, we felt like we could no longer trust the companies service. How do we even know the service was complete after items were left unscrewed and uncovered? our home door left open? It shows a HUGE issue of professionalism, work ethic, and reliability.
After this disastrous service, we called the office and advised what happened, and sent a video requesting a termination of the service agreement due to their breach of an incomplete service. The "manager" ARABELIS told us what we were saying was not true, and its a fabrication.
We have been calling FOR WEEKS to speak with a manager and she is the ONLY person that answers the phone and DOES NOT allow us to speak to anyone else, insisting that the answer will remain the same.
What kind service gate keeps a customer from speaking with a manager to be heard after being called a liar? It is EXTREMELY frustrating that you cant even speak to anyone else.
Ultimately, their service is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. STAY WAY!

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a company.
I signed up for their yearly AC checkup plan, which includes two diagnostic visits per year. My first visit was on June 10. After the technician left, I came home to find the AC filter vent left open with no filter inside, my side garage door left open, and the outside AC panel unsecured with the screws left nearby.
When I called the following day to report what happened, I was treated like I was lying and was told that their inspectors had never done this before. I asked to speak with the owner or manager, but Arabelly, the representative, kept saying the answer would be the same. I also requested 50% of my money back since I no longer wanted the second visit, but they refused. I called 3 times, asking to speak to a manager/owner, and Arabelly rejected the request. Truly unbelievable.
This was extremely unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend STAYING AWAY. If the owner or manager sees this, I would appreciate a direct conversation.
