I had a great experience with Imperial OG AC & Refrigeration Supply. Before visiting, I called the store and spoke with a very friendly lady who took the time to explain the different types of equipment they carry and how they work. That conversation gave me the confidence to stop by.
When I arrived, the entire staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me better understand the equipment and how the installation process works. Excellent customer service and a great team. Highly recommended!

It's expensive. They made me wait 30 minutes for a Pepito sandwich that ended up being cold and the bread was soggy on the bottom. Very bad service.

Very bad experience.
The unit only worked for three weeks. After that, we started having problems. The installer contacted the person who sold the equipment, and for the past three and a half months we have been waiting for the communication boards.
The error code shown was E5. The person in charge won’t even give me their name. Every time it’s the same excuses: that they have to come back, that they already came, that larger boards arrived, that smaller ones arrived, but the exact one I need is never available.
On top of that, they are now saying that I will have to pay for one of the boards, which is completely unacceptable. The unit is still under warranty and is not even one year old. Again, it only worked for three weeks.
I consider this place a complete disaster and would not recommend it to anyone.
