I have a LG smart dryer. The dryer gave a message statinG that the duct was 80% blocked. I reached out to Mauricio and he scheduled me for the next day. He sent 2 of his guys, Yandy and Willy. They unclogged my duct, set the dryer and everything seemed well. An hour later the dryer gave a message that the duct was blocked 80% again. I reached out to Mauricio and he did not hesitate, he sent his 2 guys back out to me that same day. They took out the dryer again and even climbed on the roof to check out the blockage. Everything was clear, left the dryer running and waited about 1/2 hour to make sure everything was good and left. That same day, Friday, Mauricio sent me a text at 8:45pm asking if everything was ok. I was impressed because it was late on a Friday niight and anyone else might have not reached out.
I texted him back letting him know that Everything is in perfect condition and I would like to compliment the two young men that came by the house to fix it. They are excellent employees and provided excellent customer service. Mauricio must be very proud of having employees like them.
