After going through three so-called technicians who only showed up to add refrigerant to the air conditioner, charged me for the service, and recommended replacing the entire system, I finally found someone who actually knew what he was doing. Every time they added refrigerant, the air conditioner only worked for a few days before we were left without air conditioning again. Besides the money spent on refills and the electricity bill for the air conditioners, we always told them that the unit cooled very well when it had refrigerant, so the problem had to be a leak, but no one took the time to look for it. Oswaldo was completely different. The first thing he did was inspect the outdoor unit, and he immediately told us that the problem wasn't there, but in the indoor unit. We told him that the previous year another "technician" had replaced the coil and that we didn't think that could be it, but even so, he decided to check it himself. To our surprise, there was the leak. And to top it all off, the part they had previously installed seemed to have been repaired or was of very poor quality. It's been three weeks now, and the air conditioner has been working perfectly, which is why I waited before writing this review. I wanted to be absolutely sure the problem was solved.
I recommend Oswaldo without hesitation. He's an honest, professional technician, and most importantly, he won't tell you to replace the entire air conditioner if you don't really need to. These days, it's very difficult to find people who work with that kind of honesty.
