I was hit by lightning on 9-26 West Kendall. Within an hour, the owner (Rogelio) was on-site to take a look. I have explained my options to repair or replace. I chose to replace, as the unit was old and not very efficient.

AC unit was installed that same day!So to sum things up, I had a great experience with this air conditioning company. From the initial contact to the completion of the service, everyone was professional, friendly, and reliable. When I called for information, Roger seemed more focused on scheduling an appointment than answering my questions. This is for an investment property, so I was hoping for some guidance and expertise to help me understand my options before committing to a visit. Sadly, I left the conversation feeling like my questions weren't addressed and that there wasn't much willingness to help. It was disappointing, especially given the positive reviews.
