Manny came immediately the next morning after calling him and right at the time he promised. He was able to diagnose the issue that has been plaguing other techs for weeks and give me a detailed breakdown of cost. It took way longer than expected due to complications that arose but he stuck to it until the job was done and did not give up. He was very affordable, didn't upsell me on anything, was clean, courteous, and respectful of the fact that I was working from home while he diagnosed.
