I absolutely do not recommend this company. Stay away from this company, Edgar Suarez, and Luis Fernandez. They don't repair appliances properly. They're quick to take your money, don't fix the appliance properly, and then don't call you back. They seemed good, but they don't offer good service and they don't do the repairs right.
I would stay away from this company, Edgar Suarez, or Luis Fernandez, who work for them. They don't repair appliances well, and when your appliance is still broken, they don't come back to fix it after they've received their payment. Awful customer service. I would not recommend them or use them again after they ran off with my money, and I still have a broken refrigerator that doesn't work.

We would give it a minus star if that would be a choice. This company charged $340 to replace a part but we learned later he didn’t replaced it. After 3 days, the appliance was again presenting the same problem. When we called him back to nicely bring it to his attention, he got belligerent, rude and insulting. We decided to call it quits with him and called FRIGIDAIRE for a repair company lead. The new company charged $150 to trouble shoot and fixed the problem. It turned out that no part had been replaced. I tried to reach Edsugue Appliance to get a refund of the part we paid for and was never replaced. No reply. No call back. If you have to use this company, be aware and be watchful.
