I would not recommend Eco Air to anyone. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The service was poor, the manager was rude and unprofessional, and communication was terrible.
They took far too long to arrive for scheduled service, and after all the waiting, they still never fixed the issue at my grandfather’s house. It was frustrating to deal with a company that didn’t seem to care about resolving the problem or providing good customer service.
If you’re looking for a company that values its customers and stands behind its work, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was a complete waste of time and very disappointing.

Terrible experience with Eco Air. From the first contact, it was clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. The manager, Paola, was rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping us or finding a solution.
They made us wait much longer than promised, and in the end, they never resolved the air conditioning problem at my dad's house. After so many calls, wasted time, and false hopes, the problem remained exactly the same.
It's very disappointing to pay or trust a company that doesn't respond seriously or do its job. I wouldn't recommend Eco Air to anyone. If you're looking for a responsible, punctual company that truly cares about its customers, I advise you to look elsewhere.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They supposedly fixed my dad’s A/C, but it never cooled properly afterward. Then they wanted to charge us even more to address the same issue. We ended up hiring a different company, and they fixed the problem right away.
This was a very disappointing experience. On top of that, the manager, Paula, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not use this company again.
