This company has been in my apartment more than 10 times in one month trying to fix the same exact problem. Initially, they told me that the compressor in my AC unit had to be changed. The compressor was changed but the AC still did not work properly. During their next visit, it turned out that it wasn’t the compressor but another piece that was damaged. The damaged piece was replaced; but again, AC worked for a few hours and then stopped cooling. Now after many visits and phone calls, they are telling me that my compressor needs to be changed for the second time in a month. They also show up hours late every time and ask to work in my apartment while I’m not there. They are a terrible company and I would never recommend them to anyone.
