I think I had bad luck with my Conforstar 12,000 BTU inverter mini-split. About 10 minutes after the unit was installed and started working, error code F5 appeared. I searched for information and found some, but the problem wasn't resolved. I've tried contacting technical support, and to this day, they haven't returned my call. I feel terrible for the customer, as they are paying for a product that should be good, and the distributor should be more responsible in resolving the customer's problem.
I've installed other brands and haven't had the problem I'm having now with the Conforstar brand. Please take note if you've had the same problem.
