Got an AC unit put in almost 2 years ago. They do not even try to hide the fact that they don’t wanna come out and help you with any maintenance after they sell

These guys gave me a good deal on replacing my ac unit. I dealt with the owner over the phone Roger. He sold me the unit I was in the market for. But that’s it, As soon as they left I had issues with the condensation drain. This cause the float switch to constantly turn off the unit. I have called and text and have got no reply. Been three days and no reply.
