Above and beyond, best service ever received. They came into my home and took care of it as if it was their own. I have two babies and a wife who stayed at home while they completely tore down the duct system and installed a whole new system. They took out the unit completely, cleaned it completely and built a new plenum. You would think that this created a huge mess, but you wouldn’t think it after seeing our home after each day of work. The crew cleaned and organized everything as much as possible to make sure my kids and wife were comfortable. I would recommend Central Air Repair for any work. I trust them wholeheartedly.

I never had a single issue with my old unit, it was just old and needed to be replaced. Ever since Central Air Repair replaced it, I have had nonstop issues. It wasn't even installed to code. I have had to spend thousands fixing their mistakes. On top of that, the minute the issues started, they refused to come work on it, claiming they don't work on units in my building anymore.
Update- I found out from a new AC company that they installed an older unit, not a new one. It continues to leak and is faulty so after less than 4 years I now have to replace the entire thing.

Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Dishonest
I had an awful experience with Central Air Repair. The technician they sent to my home was completely unprofessional. Instead of diagnosing the problem and providing an honest solution, he tried to upsell me on parts that cost around $40, but wanted to charge me **$500**, on top of the **$150** fee just for coming out to look at the issue. When I refused the ridiculous upsell, he retaliated by messing with the wires on my thermostat and shutting off the power outside, making the problem even harder to fix.
In the end, I fixed all the issues myself, including the ones the technician decided to create, and it only cost me **$60**. This company will try to scam you out of your money and lacks any sense of professionalism. Avoid them at all costs!
