I ordered an hvac motor and it took over two weeks to arrive, and I live in Florida (same state they are based in). I made numerous attempts to call and email to find out where my part was and I did not receive a response. after over two weeks of waiting I had to buy another motor. and guess what the day after I installed the new motor the original motor arrived. Terrible shipping time and terrible customer service, or lack there of. Never again!

This website is a scam. I ordered a part over a week ago and they took the money out (over $250) but sent nothing. Their phone number just leads to an AI operator and no one responds to emails. Filed a fraud through my bank. BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE. I wish I would have read through reviews before ordering but I was in a rush and needed to fix AC in the sweltering heat.
