Terrible service! This company installed an air conditioner in my apartment that does not work! For three days, get not cool and is not even possible to lower even 76 degrees, it is the second time that they come to check it and there are no results, it is still the same! The heat is already unbearable !!!! The ventilation ducts are with water and are wetting the floor! I spoke to the manager and on two occasions he end the call and many times he doesn’t answer the call as a sign of his rudeness and lack of professionalism! It is unacceptable !!! They are not responsible for their poor service and there is no solution! I do not recommend this company to anyone …
Pésimo servicio! Esta compañía a instalado un aire acondicionado en mi apartamento que no funciona! Durante tres días no a enfriado y no a logrado bajar ni siquiera 76 grados, es la segunda vez que vienen a revisarlo y no hay resultados sigue igual! El calor ya es insoportable!!!! Los conductos de ventilación están con agua y están mojando el suelo! Hablé con el encargado y en dos ocasiones me cortó el teléfono como muestra de su mala educación y su falta de profesionalismo! Es inaceptable!!! No se hacen responsables por su mal servicio y no hay solución! No recomiendo esta empresa para nadie…
