This is a CRITICISM, and I hope you take it seriously. Yesterday, May 19th, around 2:00 PM at AM Distributor Miramar, I asked to speak with the manager about a charge I believe is unfair. José, the salesperson, was initially very cordial, as he always is, but then I felt he took the situation very personally. I then asked to speak with the manager (Roberto) several times. The manager never came out to discuss the matter; he refused to leave his office. This was unethical for a store manager, knowing that this does NOT represent the values of AM Distributor, and I request that you reconsider your treatment of me.
