I had to change my AC unit and the service provided by All Nations were great. Since the time scheduled to completion, including permit before installation and inspection after it. The personnel were very kind and cautious and did everything in the time agreed.

They installed the ac a year ago and the unit was having some issues. Took several visits for them to conclude they could not help. They had no professionalism or customer service about it though. They would not answer questions or if they decided to answer a phone call they would become combative and recommend you to go elsewhere. Well we did go elsewhere and it took the other company one visit to tell me the welding was done incorrectly and it had been rewired wrong. Do not recommend.
Ps: The company should not have my information, I’m a tenant. Also excuse me perhaps the whole company does not treat their customers this way but a gentleman called LEO did.
