All Dade Air Conditioning
AC Repair in Miami
All Dade Air Conditioning is a Miami air conditioning repair and contracting company open 24 hours Monday through Friday, closed weekends, serving Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah.
About All Dade Air Conditioning
An unusual hours pattern stands out in the listing for All Dade Air Conditioning: the business shows 24-hour availability Monday through Friday, then closes entirely for both Saturday and Sunday, the reverse of what many residential contractors offer. That means a weekday breakdown, even one that happens at 3 a.m. on a Tuesday, falls within its stated hours, while a weekend issue would need to wait until Monday or be routed to another provider in the meantime.
The company's subtypes, air conditioning repair service, air conditioning contractor, and HVAC contractor, cover both the repair side of the business and broader contracting work such as system replacement or installation. All Dade Air Conditioning operates out of a suite on Southwest 106th Avenue in Miami, and its listed service area extends to Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah in addition to Miami itself, a spread that reaches from the coast to northwest Miami-Dade.
The name itself points to a countywide ambition, and the mix of listed neighbor cities backs that up, covering fairly different pockets of Miami-Dade from one base. Weekday cooling equipment across that territory faces the same steady climate load as the rest of South Florida: long stretches of heat and humidity keep systems cycling almost continuously, and coastal areas near Miami Beach add salt exposure that can accelerate wear on outdoor units.
Homeowners planning around the company's schedule should note the weekend closure specifically, since a Saturday or Sunday failure in Miami's heat can become uncomfortable quickly without a fallback plan. A call to (305) 278-8833, or a visit to alldadeairconditioningandheating.com, is the way to line up a weekday appointment given the weekend closure.

I had been experiencing repetitive issues with my ac unit. Water backing up which would cause the AC to leak and not function properly. Robbie the ac Technician came out I explained to him it had been checked multiple times (by other companies). He took his time checking the issue, explaining what the issue was and made sure to ensure that the Ac was working after an allotted time since I explained after about 15 mins it would clog up again. Definitely would recommend him for any AC issues. Nailed the issue spot on, and communicated thruout the process. Very grateful for the services would highly recommend

I called All Dade Air Conditioning & Heating on April 4 to find out why my unit was freezing. The technician wasn't sure, so he took a picture of a part of the unit and sent it to the owner. He told me that the office would call back to let me know what the problem was. A few hours later, Pricilla called to tell me that the unit needed to be replaced. I called another company to diagnose the problem, and it turned out that my air conditioner only needed Freon. In fact, the technician told me that it could only be one of two things: a dirty filter or a lack of Freon. I spoke with All Dade the next day and requested my money back. After all, I didn't pay them to come and visit me. I expected to get the correct diagnosis. Needless to say, after leaving two messages, I never got a call back.
The response they sent to my credit card company (I disputed the charge) to justify the charge was that they classify the $78.00 charge for traveling to my home. Clearly they don't care about correctly diagnosing the problem with the unit.
I wish I had read the review by Ana Q for Y*lp. It says a lot about Paul, the owner. They had to call him several times for him to make good on a warranty. Then he goes to their home, cops an attitude with the customers and leaves. Take a look at his response on this page. He couldn't wait to find an excuse not to do the work. Obviously when you ignore a customer's phone calls and let them swelter for three days, they aren't exactly going to greet you with open arms.
The job of an owner is to diffuse the situation and make things right. What kind of fool would risk negative reviews? This is a tiny, little insignificant office in the Miami Dade area. Fortunately, we have several businesses to select from. My recommendation is that you NEVER use this company.
