They came to fix the AC, couldn't get the door open, and left after 5 minutes, while charging over $200 for the visit. They then took days to follow up, by which point we had fixed the issue ourselves. And charged the card on file while refusing to respond to messages in chat about the charge with someone who has sent them significant business. Would never work with them again.
