Recently, I reached out just before 8 a.m. on a Saturday. Carlos and his wife were here within 30-45 minutes, figured out the problem, fixed it, and were done within an hour. The price was fair and far less than I expected on an emergency Saturday call. He installed the unit for a previous owner and we've been fortunate enough to have used Air Wizard's service all these years.
