This is my 1st time using HVAC Resure and I was very impressed. I needed a new a/c and I know the sales person Oscar for the Honda dealership. With his suggestion I went with this company. The two technicians who installed my new unit were very professional, friendly, answering all my questions and very organized. Wendy in the office was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend AC. Rescue. The honesty and integrity it's above and beyond. The personal interaction as a customer with AC. Rescue personal was outstanding. Nothing but the best about AC. Rescue.

I would give this company a negative rating if it existed. I had a Trane system that stopped blowing cold air. I was fooled by the Google reviews and I called this company. Technician shows up. First he tells me that the equipment is wired incorrectly. Wrong!. Diagram showed it was fine. Then he says wires are cut and tells me I have to check them with an electrician. Wrong! Wires were fine. He charges me $350 for the "troubleshooting". Then a fuse blows up, which I diagnosed!. He says there was a short. Yes, the one he cause by pushing a contact to the chassis in the condenser in his tinkering!. Then he says contractor is bad. It was brand new. He puts in a new one in 10 minutes, which he breaks in the process. He charges me $279 for a $50 part. AC still not working. Then he tinkers a bit more and says it is a valve malfunctioning and says I should take a picture of it and send it to him so he can give me a quote. I had it!. I called a company with Trane certified technician. They came in and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Of course the valve was OK and AC Rescue Wrong!. All in all AC Rescue charged me $750 for completely wrong diagnostics and a hugely overpriced unnecessary part that he broke when he installed it. I will never rely on Google reviews again!
