They are awesome! I have ordered two Panasonic fans from them that I needed for my bathrooms and they arrived in just a few days. Everything was packaged well. They were really fast to process my order and they had very competitive pricing! I will definitely buy from AC Distributors again. I still need a few more fans and I must say that Panasonic ones are your best deal! They’re super quiet and energy efficient!

Zero reliability and Zero communication. Not even a courtesy call to let you know they cannot make it. Very disappointed especially when was highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. Worked with Maria Bedoya who refused to let me speak to a manager. Sent a damaged air conditioning unit and have been a pain to deal with in replacing it. Worst experience ever. Please do not do business with them.
