I unfortunately have to give Luis Gomez only one start and a negative review. Luis Himself used to provide excellent service but his subcontractors who he now delagates the work to are unprofessional. I requested maintenance for my central HVAC and they left my unit broken unable to drain properly. When I called Luis to advise of the problem his guys created and he said his guys would come back to fix it, we agreed on a time for them to return. They did not come back at the scheduled time. Showed up the next day at an unscheduled time when I was not home. After this, they never followed up and I had to call a different HVAC repair company to fix what Luis's subcontractors broke.

He came to check the compressor which was making a strong noise. He told me he would order the part and get it fixed in one week. It has been two months and he keeps saying that needs to go to the supply company. I’m sorry I bought this unit from him:(
