Terrible! DO NOT USE this company! My landlord told me (for 2 weeks) they would call, and never did. I finally called them them and left a message, they called me back the next day. They said they would be here at 9am Thursday. I got a call at 9:55 that they were running late, had to stop and pick up supplies for the job, and would arrive within the hour. They arrived at 11:40…home depot is less than 2 miles from my house.
At 1:35 one of the techs said they had to go back to home depot for a saw, they didnt get back until 3:20.
They didnt leave until 6:30, and my wall looks like it went through demolition, vs just having a wall unit ac replaced.
