This place is only 24/7 when they want to be.
I was told I would get a call back and never heard from them until I called again an hour later. The guy claims he never spoke to someone and that I have the wrong number. Also, he doesn’t service my area all of a sudden and that I’d have to wait until Monday; it’s Saturday and 89 degrees in my home. This company installed my unit and has serviced it at least 5 times so I’m confused? No longer will be using their services but it’s not much of a loss anyways, blessing in disguise.
Good luck with them, don’t rely on that “24/7 service” they claim to have!
