Heating and Air Conditioning Miami

Heat Pump and Heating in Miami

4 stars, 8 reviews via Google

Heating and Air Conditioning Miami is an air conditioning and heating contractor in Miami, Florida, open seven days a week and serving Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah.

About Heating and Air Conditioning Miami

Every day of the week shows some open hours for Heating and Air Conditioning Miami, based at 4247 SW 70th Ct in Miami. Weekdays run longer, from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, while Saturday and Sunday narrow to a 9 AM to 5 PM window. That gives the business seven-day coverage without matching the round-the-clock schedule some competitors list. The company appears under three related categories: air conditioning contractor, heating contractor, and HVAC contractor, indicating it handles both the cooling equipment that carries most Miami homes through the year and the heating side of a climate control system.

South Florida's climate leans heavily toward cooling demand, and a business categorized as both an air conditioning contractor and a heating contractor is set up to service whichever component a particular home relies on, including heat pump systems that combine both functions in one unit. The near-constant operation of air conditioning through Miami-Dade's long warm season puts steady wear on compressors, coils, and electrical components, and having weekend hours, even a shortened window, gives homeowners a chance to get a technician out without waiting until the following Monday.

The address on SW 70th Court sits within reach of Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah, the communities listed as nearby to this location, in addition to Miami itself. A homeowner in any of those areas can call (645) 225-0986 during the posted hours, keeping in mind the shorter Saturday and Sunday window compared to the weekday schedule. Confirming same-day availability directly by phone is worthwhile given the difference between weekday and weekend hours.

I hate it when technicians talk over your head. This guy explained the problem so clearly, in plain English. I finally understood what was going on.

Most critical

Carlos charged us $985 for services costing half elsewhere and charged for work not even performed. This company taking advantage of people who don’t know how to shop around. When called him he said there’s nothing that can be done.

Where do I begin, They started the job almost a week ago. I probably should have known it was trouble when they showed up an hour and a half late on the first day. However I check into consideration that things happen. They started the work on a Friday, and advised that they would return on Monday. Monday came and went with no call or no show. Tuesday morning I contacted the company to verify when they were going to come to return and do the job I spoke with Carmen who assured me that they will return on Wednesday morning. After their scheduled arrival time came and went I contacted Carmen who told me she would find out where the technicians were and will call me back. Needless to say that never happened after four phone calls to voice messages and one text I gave up hope that they were coming on Wednesday. It is now Thursday they have not called they have not came and they have not even returned a text. If I were you I would not use this company and if you referred you need to question their motives. In short they are unprofessional and do not care for your time or your business.
