Ok, so I called because of their ratings & when I asked to schedule an inspection for an estimate they charge an up front 100 dollars, non refundable & they do not apply it to the bill if you have them do the work. This is bad businesses & it means $$$ is their top priority not necessarily their customers or potential customers. This type of business conduct has always been a big red flag for me. Most reputable companies that charge just to get an estimate do apply the up front fee to the bill if hired to do the work. This is the way to build a solid relationship between a company & its customers. The way this company is doing business is that of a soulless corporation rather than a company which cares that they're dealing with people. I'll keep calling around & scheduling people to give the best estimates until I reach the best. Don't let the reviews fool you, there aren't very many. Make sure your intuition is peaked & analyze what they say & how they say it. Do some critical thinking.
