I don’t normally leave reviews but the experience I had with this company/the owner was absolutely atrocious.
When you provide a service to someone you outline that in a Service Order/Invoice which you send the customer at time of requesting payment. It’s very simple.
It’s been a very long time, if ever, that I have had a company treat me this rude and be unaware of common business practices.
Needless to say I would not recommend this company. Shame, as I heard the Tech was friendly.
Update: the Owner of this company seems to think I run a similar co and want to discredit his to gain more business myself. I don’t. He also seems to think he can check his work log for business with me which would be difficult since he doesn’t know my name. I stand 100% by my review. To this day I still don’t have the invoice for the $400 he charged me to add some Freon. If you hire this co be very weary about sending payment prior to receiving an invoice.

I would not recommend this AC company. They failed to fix our broken AC properly and left us with a temporary, unsafe fix that was clearly not a long-term solution. We were told to call back on Monday for a more permanent repair, but once they received payment, which was clearly excessive, they stopped answering our calls completely.
Throughout the process, they gave multiple excuses, showed a clear lack of professionalism, and left us in an uncomfortable and potentially hazardous situation during extreme heat. This is not how you treat paying customers. If you value honesty, safety, and reliable service, look elsewhere.
