I gotta hand it to the folks here they were phenomenal.
The AC company we had before was a monumental screwjob they kept doing temporary fixes and cancelling my appointments.
The folks from Perfect AC came next day early and over the last two days have fixed the absolute disaster that was left before. Including finding things inside the A/C unit that the other company had just left there causing larger long term issues

I was initally very happy with this company. 8 years ago, after much convincing, I agreed to install a brand new unit. Everything was good. I called few times for service and they came out. However, recently, the service was terrible. In October, 2021, the a/c was repaired and we paid a couple hundred dollars. In February, 2022, it was repaired again for a similar issue and I had to argue with the owner about the price and why wasn't the work guaranteed. He said the part was bad on these units but he still needs to pay for labor and the tech's gasoline for driving to us, etc.
Now, not even a month passed by (March, 2022) and the a/c is not working again. When I called, I was told by the owner that the part was not warranted as the paperwork was not done correctly by me and that he cannot work with me anymore and hung up the phone. Mind you – this is a company we have referred many people to over a period of almost over 10 years. We praised them in every way and now get treated like trash for a repair that they are unable to do correctly. I rarely write reviews but the way things have changed today, it is a warning for people of what is going on out there.Monique S., 1 star, via Google
