Beware of this store; they're sellers on the Walmart app and they scam people by sending the wrong item. I ordered two batteries and a DeWalt charger, and they sent me a pair of socks. I went to the store, and they didn't answer at all. I also called Walmart, and they're giving me a lot of excuses not to refund the money these people stole.

I purchased a Milwaukee M12 HVAC-R jaw set from this company. The item was listed as "in-stock" (15 of them) with 3-5 day free shipping via FedEx. After about a week, I received a notification that the unit had shipped. Then a few days later, I received an email saying it had been delivered (which it hadn't), then another email asking for a review. The only problem is that the FedEx tracking number showed the unit hadn't even left their facility yet. When I inquired about it, they told me the manufacturer hadn't shipped it and it would be about two more weeks for delivery. So, I went ahead and responded to their review request and simply stated that the shipping times were long and I hadn't received my item yet. They contacted me shortly after that and told me, "Since I had left a review, they had no option but to cancel my order." Really? I subsequently found the item on Supply House for less money with free two-day shipping. Never again… I wish I had gone to Supply House first.

I ordered a stiletto hammer from them because they advertised it as the 16" curved handle… I pay $100 for it and it gets here as the 18" handle I could have purchased for less but paid more to get that handle… Now they won't respond to emails or calls.. DO NOT do business with these rip off scam artists! Bad bad business
