The quick response and Jordan’s diligence and expertise were an absolute blessing.

I’ve had such a bad time with other plumbers that I was a bit wary even though Kings was highly recommended by a family member. Their amazing work, professionalism, and friendliness laid those concerns to rest, and they’ll be my go-to plumber from now on.

Kings Plumbing is a great professional and honest company. This is my second time using King Plumbing since 2012. I can truly say both experiences have been beyond reproach. When first experiencing a back up Mr. Ariel was contacted. He came out to my home in a timely manner, he scoped out the problem, and immediately set a date for replacement of the cast iron piping. I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality, professionalism, trust worthy, attention to detail, and comparable pricing. They are the best!!!!

At approximately 1:30 PM, while traveling on the expressway, I witnessed a situation that could have easily escalated into a dangerous traffic hazard. A mattress had fallen from an unidentified vehicle, obstructing multiple lanes and posing a serious risk to drivers. While many motorists simply maneuvered around the obstruction, your two employees did something remarkable, they took it upon themselves to stop, exit their vehicle, and remove the mattress, ensuring the roadway remained passable and safe for others.
What makes this act even more commendable is that your employees were in no way responsible for the situation, yet they chose to act rather than ignore the problem. Their willingness to step up and assist, despite the risks and inconveniences, speaks volumes about their character and, by extension, the values instilled within your organization.
In a time when it is easy to be indifferent, their actions were a refreshing reminder that integrity, community, and responsibility still matter. I want to personally extend my gratitude to both individuals and to your company for fostering an environment where such behavior is not just encouraged but evidently second nature.

a few years ago i higher this company to do some work at my house there was a worker by the name of Ariel that came to my house and was making sexual advances towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable not only that i paid for a Miramar city permit it was open but they never closed it. its been more that 5 years and i'm still going through it with this company to close the permit to no avail please don't higher this company they are not professional and if you are a single woman be careful. if the owner of this company see's this i hope he reaches out to me because this shouldn't have to happen to anyone.

Probably the worst company I've used commercially in Florida in the past 2 years. I called and Bob picked up. I told him I need emergency plumbing service at a store with a leak. He was very slow to respond and I wondered if he was ok. He said there was availability and he would book me for the next time slot in 2 hours. He gave me an email with an address that was not Tom's Plumbing, it was a different Gmail address. I also asked if I could text the number, he said yes. So I emailed him and texted in detail all the necessary information. Nobody showed up. I called a few hours later and someone else picked up saying they don't know what's going on – they'll get Bob to call me. Bob never called me. Nobody showed up for the leak. The next day I call and the admin lady says there's no record of my appointment. I tell her what's happening and that we were told someone would show up and at least need service now. She proceeds to slowly try to sell me a yearly purchase to their business where we might get priority service. I said no and she brings it up again. Clearly at this point I just need service as the leak has been going on over night and there is no sense of urgency, just trying to sell me a yearly purchase. Then she requests that we pay up front after failing to show up for the appointment that we relied on them for. I don't know who Tom is, but I'd like to ask what kind of business he's running here.
