Techno-Jac AC is great (Jacksonville Branch). We are renters so they were contracted through our landlord, so I don’t know the price. Call out for a breaker issue and basically gave the whole system a clean up. Highly recommend. Mike was great.

Awful! I don’t know why invitation homes uses them. They seem to always go for the cheapest option I guess. The only reason this company has as many stars as they do, is from the multiple 5 star reviews. So either someone leaves 1 star or 5 stars? Nothing in between? That sounds organic? The person they sent out had an attitude from the start. Then started saying things about how the ac worked, that were literally wrong. People like this, know how to install things. And that’s it. They have no idea how anything works. Just plug things in. Fill things up. Solder. But ask them how anything works?? And they tell you that COLD FREON line comes FROM the INSIDE UNIT. He doesn’t even understand the MAIN concept of an ac unit? The outside compressor cools the Freon down, and sends it to the inside coils. He thinks the inside coils, cool down the Freon!
