I dealt with Jessica, terrible communication and not reliable – they installed one AC for me but the wrong kind due to lack of communication between themselves- I tried to use them on a second job and this time they kept me waiting all day and didn’t show, didn’t communicate why or that they wouldn’t be coming just left me hanging. NOT RECOMMENDED

I do not recommend this company at all. They installed an air conditioner that broke down after just two months. They repaired it, but less than two months later, it broke again. Although they claim to offer a one-year warranty, they do not honor it. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but they don’t answer calls or messages. Their service is terrible, and their lack of accountability shows a complete lack of professionalism. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
