Best Air Solutions is a terrible company with zero professionalism. A technician came to perform maintenance on our AC unit and, by applying excessive pressure with a pneumatic tank to the drainage line, violently disconnected a PVC pipe in the ceiling.
Just 30 minutes later, the ceiling started leaking directly through the kitchen light fixture. It leaked this way all night long, and by morning the entire ceiling was soaked and a hole caved in, causing severe damage to the drywall.
Management came out and reconnect the pipe, but they refuse to take accountability or assume responsibility for the extensive damage their mistake caused.
What is even worse is the complete lack of seriousness, commitment, and honesty from them..especially since we came to them through a direct recommendation from my workplace.I am going to make sure this goes further, because it is unbelievable that one has to pay for damages caused by their poor work.
